Field Coordinator

Location: Las Vegas, NV

OVERVIEW: 

Our onsite coordinators are a representation of AWG Ambassador and will work together with the Management, Dispatch & Chauffeur teams to support and execute all the services we offer to make our programs successful.

This is a part-time/on call position, that is perfect for students (16 years of age or older) or anyone seeking a flexible schedule that can contribute a valued skillset that will benefit our clients. Position starts @ $25.00 per hour with growth potential to a “Lead” 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

Our ideal candidate will be people orientated and bring a positive attitude and energy to the team, as well as the following:

  • Ability to understand and follow instructions in both verbal and written form 
  • Communicate effectively in both oral and written form
  • Self-motivated individual that can work well under pressure and maintain professional composure
  • Professional demeanor and appearance, well groomed
  • Ability to walk/stand for 8+ hours during a shift in and/or outdoors year round, ability to lift up to 50 pounds  
  • The demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work needs
  • Able to work autonomously yet collaborate as part of a team on workflows
  • Reliable transportation & cellphone 
  • Good time management and strong work ethic
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and provide a valid Driver’s License

 

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Shifts/tasks are assigned based on the clients needs, which will require you to work days and/or evenings, as well as holidays and weekends.
  • Respond to schedule requests in a timely matter 
  • Assist our clients and their guests with contracted services in a professional demeanor.
  • Have a sense of urgency, be proactive and willingness to go one step beyond expectations
  • Work as a team and manage good peer relationships with other staff members.
  • Assignments will be but are not limited to:
    • o    Greet guest on Arrivals & Departures transportation to/ from an Airport, Hotel and Port
    • o    Arrange vehicles so guests can board in a timely and orderly fashion
    • o    Manage Transportation to/from a specified destination
    • o    Hospitality staff at a hotel
